Bill Rudolph is a principal in McKnight Realty Partners and a member of the investment committee. As President of Wendy's of Greater Pittsburgh, he developed the finance, administration and real estate areas of the business. With Bill's oversight, McKnight Realty Partners Corporation acquired or developed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of commercial real estate over the last 30 years.
Partnership, leadership and a sense of community guide Bill's activities beyond the workplace: Bill is Vice Chairman of the board of directors for the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Pittsburgh - the city's economic development agency. The URA develops properties that the private sector will not undertake with the goal of creating jobs, increasing the city's tax base, and improving the vitality of businesses, neighborhoods, and the City's culture as a whole.
Bill also holds a position on the board of directors with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, which is formed by Downtown businesses, professionals, civic organizations, foundations and residents to develop and advocate for strategies that will strengthen the city, enhance its beauty and vitality and make it a better place for business and pleasure. Active in a number of other community service organizations, Bill serves as President of the Yeshiva Schools of Pittsburgh. He holds numerous leadership positions on the boards of local and national charities, and educational institutions.
