Jim Rudolph is a principal in McKnight Realty Partners and a member of the investment committee.

As Chairman of Wendy’s of Greater Pittsburgh, Jim was responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the franchises, which earned him a place in the Wendy’s Hall of Fame.

McKnight Capital Partners purchased the nation's largest Italian Ice chain – Rita's Water Ice Franchise Corporation – in May 2005.  An industry veteran, Jim took the reins as CEO, having also operated several other concepts, including Church's Chicken, Chuck E. Cheese's and Baskin-Robbins.

Jim is active in a number of community service organizations and serves in numerous leadership positions on the boards of local and national charities, hospitals and educational institutions. He is also an investor and director of Dawar Technologies, a closely held specialty printing operation.
